How long is the shipping time?
We process your order as soon as possible. This can take up to 2 working days. After your order has been processed it can take up to 10 days to arrive at your destination, depending on your location. Most of the time the shipping time is shorter. Shipping times are shorter for the USA and EU.

Is the CHAS robot self-charging?
Yes, the CHAS-robot is self-charging. This smart robot knows exactly when it is out of battery and will return to the docking station before the battery runs out to recharge itself.

Can I set up my own cleaning schedule?
Yes, with our app you can easily set up your own cleaning schedule. You can even set up an exact time you want your CHAS robot to start cleaning.

Is the CHAS robot self-cleaning?
The CHAS robot vacuum comes with a detachable mop. Even though the mop is not self-cleaning, it is easily cleaned under running water.

Can the CHAS robot also clean up liquids?
The CHAS robot is not designed for cleaning up large amounts of spilled liquids, so we do not recommend doing this.
